2024 OPL AGE DIVISION DIFFERENCES:

Dear coaches and parents, 

There has been a lot of questions regarding the bats we will be using for the 2024 season.   The Ohio Prospects League follows the USSSA bat certification standards with the following exceptions:

--BATS:  15u-18u uses BBCOR -3 Bat. 

14u American must use BBCOR -3.  14u Central and National may use USSSA bats with a max -5 bat differential.   

13u bats must have USSSA bpf 1.15 stamp with a max -8 bat differential.

--FIELD:  14u- 18u uses regulation high school 60’ 90’.  13u uses 54’80’ field.  11u &12u uses 50’70’ field. 9u & 10u uses 46'65' field.

--SPIKES:  Metal Spikes are not allowed for the 9u-12u divisions
